Section 1

Eligibility Requirements

To open and maintain an account with ad555 and to use any part of the platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times. ad555 reserves the right to verify eligibility at registration and at any subsequent point.

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while your account remains active.
• You must be acting as a private individual in your own name and not on behalf of any business, syndicate, or third party.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of an employee of ad555 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and must update that information promptly if it changes.
• You must not be subject to any court order or legal restriction that prohibits you from engaging in online betting or gaming activities.

Section 2

Account Registration and Security

Each person may hold only one active account with ad555. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or different contact details — is expressly prohibited. ad555 uses technical and manual checks to identify duplicate accounts, and any secondary accounts discovered will be closed.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password at all times. Do not share your credentials with any other person.
• You must notify ad555 customer support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• ad555 will never contact you by phone, SMS, or email to ask for your password. Any such request is fraudulent and should be reported.
• ad555 reserves the right to close any account where fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or a breach of these Terms & Conditions is identified.
• Account details, including the registered mobile number, may only be changed by contacting customer support and completing any required verification process.

ad555 is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where that access was caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. You bear full responsibility for all activity conducted under your account.

Section 3

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Transactions

All financial transactions on ad555 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and selected bank transfer options including BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Sonali Bank. No currency conversion is required and no conversion fee is applied.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The maximum deposit and withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are set by ad555 and may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
• All deposits must be made from a payment source registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are not permitted and may result in account suspension.
• Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the originating deposit wherever technically possible, to comply with anti-money-laundering procedures.
• Withdrawals are subject to identity and account verification. ad555 may request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal request, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts above a specified threshold.
• ad555 does not charge a fee on standard withdrawal requests. Processing times for bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically under 15 minutes; bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days.
• In circumstances where ad555 believes a transaction may be connected to money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity, it reserves the right to suspend the transaction, freeze the account, and report the matter to the relevant authorities.

Any funds deposited on ad555 are intended solely for the purpose of gaming on the platform. ad555 is not a banking institution and does not pay interest on account balances. Players should not view their account balance as a savings or investment vehicle.

Section 4

Bonuses, Promotions, and Free Spins

ad555 offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, and free spin awards, are subject to wagering requirements and any additional promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer.

• Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. The wagering requirement for each promotion will be stated clearly in the offer terms.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through matched betting, use of automated tools, syndicate play, or any other strategy designed to circumvent normal wagering will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• ad555 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any bonus already credited to your account at the time of cancellation will remain subject to the existing wagering requirement.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per person, per household, per shared device, and per shared IP address. ad555 monitors for patterns consistent with bonus abuse and will act accordingly.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion will expire after the period stated in the offer terms if not used. Winnings from free spins may be subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal is available.

ad555 promotions are available to Bangladesh residents only, unless otherwise stated in the specific offer terms. Players who obtain bonuses through misrepresentation of their location or identity forfeit all associated winnings.

Section 5

Responsible Gaming Obligations

Section 6

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on ad555. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.

• Using any automated software, bot, script, or mechanical tool to place bets, interact with games, or access account functions without manual human input.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including signalling, chip dumping in poker, or coordinating bets across multiple accounts to guarantee a profit.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise exploit any technical vulnerability in the ad555 platform, including its games, payment systems, or account infrastructure.
• Using the platform for any money-laundering purpose, including depositing funds derived from illegal activity and withdrawing them as ostensibly clean winnings.
• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification, or impersonating another person or entity in connection with an ad555 account.

Section 7

Intellectual Property

All content on the ad555 platform — including but not limited to the website design, logo, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, databases, and any other material — is the property of ad555 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the ad555 platform without the prior written consent of ad555. Unauthorised use of ad555 intellectual property may constitute an infringement and will be pursued accordingly.

Section 8

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ad555 excludes all liability for losses or damages arising in connection with your use of the platform. In particular, ad555 is not liable for the following.

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use or inability to use the platform, whether caused by technical failure, maintenance downtime, or any other circumstance.
• Any loss arising from a delay in processing your withdrawal request where that delay is attributable to incomplete verification documentation or third-party payment provider processing times.
• Any loss sustained as a result of reliance on information displayed on the platform, including but not limited to odds, game results, jackpot amounts, or promotional content.
• Any indirect, consequential, or special damages of any nature, even where ad555 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Section 9

Account Suspension and Termination

ad555 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances.

• Where a breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions is identified or reasonably suspected.
• Where ad555 is required to do so by a court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement instruction.
• Where the account holder voluntarily requests account closure or self-exclusion through customer support.
• Where an account has remained inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months without any login, deposit, withdrawal, or gaming activity.

Amendments to These Terms

ad555 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, ad555 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered account holders via the contact details on file. The updated Terms & Conditions will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of the ad555 platform following the publication of any revised Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms. If you do not agree with any change to these Terms & Conditions, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting customer support.
